Tóm tắt	A motivation technique is a stimulating activity that is conducted widely and frequently by the teachers in English lessons to enhance learners’ inspiration to learning English in general and to English speaking lessons in particular. Motivation techniques have a very significant role in motivating learners’ English performance and creating comfortable atmosphere in the class. Motivation techniques can be done in every stage of English lessons in such various forms. This article aims to recommend some motivation techniques that should be applied in English speaking lessons and some suggested organization principles to carry out those techniques.
