Author Guidelines
Authors are required to submit their manuscripts through the online submission system for the purpose of peer review.
All authors must provide their ORCID in the submission portal.
Manuscripts should consist of a minimum of 5500 words, inclusive of references.
References must strictly adhere to the APA style (7th edition). Include DOIs where available; if not available, insert an alternative URL from which the material was sourced.
- Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
Note that your paper will be submitted to "naem.kiemtratailieu.vn" (Plagiarism Detection Software) to check the similarity score.
The submission file is in Microsoft Word document file format. Please do NOT submit in pdf.
Where available, URLs for online references have been provided.
The text is single-column; single-spaced; uses a 11-point font (except for section headings which is 12); employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end. The Book Antiqua font should be used for all text in the paper. Use A4 page set-up. The top and bottom margins are 1.4 inches and the right/left margins are 1.2 inches.
The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
Authors who publish with this journal also agree to the following terms:
Authors are able to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal's published version of the work (e.g., post it to an institutional repository or publish it in a book), with an acknowledgement of its initial publication in this journal.
Authors are permitted and encouraged to post their work online (e.g., in institutional repositories or on their website) as this can lead to productive exchanges, as well as earlier and greater citation of published work.
The abstract should ideally be a single paragraph and range between 150-250 words.
Similarly, the conclusion should be, if possible, a single paragraph and be between 175-300 words.
Authors are permitted to use either Vietnamese, American English, or British English in their papers. It is essential to explicitly state the language variant used during the submission process. If overlooked, authors can notify us by sending an email to tapchi@niem.edu.vn.

Attention to references is critical. Authors should ensure that all references are complete and strictly adhere to APA 7th Edition. If a DOI is unavailable, provide the URL of the webpage from which the material was retrieved.
In case your paper includes a survey, endeavor to include the survey questions at the end of the document in an appendix following the references. Minimize supplementary file submissions; if unavoidable, email us explaining the contents of each supplementary file. Submit all supplementary documents in MS Word format, unless impractical.
Ensure that manuscripts are written in clear Vietnamese or English. Papers not meeting language standards may be rejected. Authors with English as a non-native language or lacking proficiency must utilize an editing service to enhance their paper before submission.
The submitting author must verify that the names and affiliations of all co-authors are accurately entered into the system. Addition of new authors after acceptance is subject to justification and approval by the editorial board.
Papers exceeding four authors require an explanation in the document justifying the necessity of the extensive authorship. Papers with more than six authors will not be accepted.
Papers not adhering to these submission guidelines will be rejected.
The names and email addresses entered in this journal site will be used exclusively for the stated purposes of this journal and will not be made available for any other purpose or to any other party.
This journal charges the following author fees.
Article Publication Fees: 1.000.000 (VND)
If this paper is accepted for publication, you will be asked to pay an Article Publication Fee of VND1.000.000 to cover publications costs.
