Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the satisfaction of high school English teachers in Vietnam when using Quizizz in teaching. In the context of digital transformation in education, Quizizz has become a popular tool to help teachers create online assignments, organize revision activities, and evaluate students in real-time. Although previous studies have mainly focused on students’ perspectives, this study aims to delve deeper into teachers’ experiences and satisfaction when using the tool. The data was collected from 45 teachers who had used Quizizz for at least one semester, through a questionnaire with 10 statements on a 5-point Likert scale. The results show that Quizizz is a useful tool in teaching, helping to enhance
the interaction between teachers and students, and create an exciting and effective learning environment.
Factors such as interactivity, personalization, and multilingual support are highly valued by teachers and contribute to overall satisfaction. The study also makes a number of recommendations on organizing training for teachers, designing appropriate learning games, and combining Quizizz with other teaching methods such as presentations and communication.
