Tóm tắt Moral education is directly decisive in helping students understand the purpose and meaning of life and build a revolutionary outlook on life. Moral education actively contributes to the process of building personal moral qualities and building qualities of will, discipline, and behavior in students’ personalities. The process of forming personality and ethics originates from labor and is based on labor and communication activities. Here, morality appears as a social quality of personality, a constituent part of personality. Therefore, this article has researched several influencing factors to propose effective solutions for managing ethical education through experiential and career guidance activities for middle school students.
