Tên bài báo Solutions to enhance the third-year english majors’ professional capacity through a model of student teaching assistant 
Tóm tắt Nowadays, in order to meet the requirements of the renovating education in Vietnam, one of the imperative duties in pedagogical universities is training the future teachers who are both virtuous and professional to standardize and internationalize. Therefore, developing professional capacity for students is always the first major concern in training process. Therefore, one of the most effective strategies in enhancing students’ pedagogical skills is implementing student Teaching Assistants (TAs). However, this model has not been applied widely at universities in Vietnam, and not received the appropriate attention from the educators. The study focused on identifying the difficulties in developing pedagogical competence of the third-year English majors at Thai Nguyen University of Education (TUE) as well as the challenges when applying Teaching Assistant model. Furthermore, this research proposed some solutions to help student improve their professional capacity. Questionnaire, interview and observation were used to collect data. The participants were the third-year English students, the teachers at upper secondary school and the lecturers of English Teachingmethodology at TUE. This study is really significant because it helps students and teachers identify the importance of pedagogical skills and Teaching Assistant model towards the development of professional capacities for students.
