Tóm tắt Higher education model in the era of industrial revolution 4.0 is an intelligent education model that links schools and business managers together, bringing information technology advances to universities to improve training effectiveness, helping to teach and learning take place anytime & anywhere. To keep up with the trend of the 4.0 era, it is necessary to apply a new method such as Blended Learning in English teaching and learning. Blended Learning is a combination of online and face-to-face learning that can combine the benefits of both traditional learning methods and e-learning environments. The article focuses on the definition, differences, benefits of Blended learning, and some recommendations for applying Blended learning in teaching and learning English at Banking Academy
