Tên bài báo Enhancing pronunciation performance for English primary majors at Thai Nguyen University of Education through cartoon films 
Tóm tắt Learning to pronounce clearly and exactly is as crucial as learning to listen, speak, read or write a foreign language because it would affect directly the success of communication. Hence, finding out a solution as well as a useful method to improve learners’ pronunciation performance is essential for any educators. Currently, in mountainous and remote areas in Vietnam, many English primary teachers are facing difficulties in pronunciation. Therefore, in this study, the researchers carried out an investigation to examine how cartoon films assisted the English primary majors at Thai Nguyen University of Education (TUE) enhance their pronunciation in terms of rhythm, stress and intonation. Specifically, the researchers aimed to investigate a) the current situation of the English primary majors’ pronunciation performance; b) difficulties and challenges that the English primary majors have to face when practicing and improving their pronunciation, c) the effectiveness of exploiting cartoon films on enhancing the English primary majors’ pronunciation performance. The participants in this study were 26 English primary majors at TUE. Questionnaires, observation and experiments were used as the main instruments to collect data. The researchers hoped that the study would help learners have an interesting new method to improve their pronunciation performance.
