Tóm tắt The objective of the article is to literature review the studies on the quality of training services, the quality of E-learning training services to student satisfaction. From there, the author proposes a tentative model to assess the impact of E-learning service quality on student satisfaction Vietnamese. Finally, based on the proposed research model, the author proposes solutions to improve the quality of E-learning training services for universities in Vietnam
