MANAGING SOCIALIZATION ACTIVITIES IN EDUCATION AT LOWER SECONDARY SCHOOLS IN THE CURRENT CONTEXT

Abstract

 In order to realize the above policy, the State, the education and training sector, educational institutions, local party committees, and local governments are currently focusing on socializing education; organizing, mobilizing, and attracting all social resources, as well as organizations and individuals to participate in the educational mission in various forms such as contributing funds, effort, intellect, and time, with the goal of creating a favorable environment and conditions for the development of the personality of the younger generation. On the other hand, efforts are being made to enhance administrative reform, increase educational opportunities for everyone, reduce the burden of state budget investment in education, and create favorable conditions for organizations, businesses, and individuals to invest in educational development, moving towards building a learning society. In practice, the socialization of education has been implemented in many localities across different educational levels from preschool, primary school, secondary school, high school, and even higher education.
